This is a great recipe for a appetiser or snack and is very popular in the Andean region of Colombia. Very easy to make, just like the Pandebonos or Pandeyucas but with a different flour.

Almojábanas or Corn and Cheese Bread (English version below)

Ingredienets

2 huevos medianos batidos

Corn and Cheese Bread (English version)

Ingredients

400 grams feta cheese or fresh white cheese

In a food processor grate the feta cheese very well.

In a separate bowl mix the eggs.

Put all the ingredients in a recipient and mix very well until they are all incorporated and make a dough .

Put a baking sheet in the oven and put some oil or use greaseproof paper to avoid the bread getting stuck on the baking sheet.

Put 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a small plate to grease your hand when you make the small balls.

Use a tablespoon to help you measure the size of each one,

Put the small balls in the tray within 5 centimetres of separation from each other

Notes:

If the mix is too wet add 1 tbsp of corn flour.
