Cocktail Mimosa de Maracuya

Cocktail Mimosa de Maracuya or Passion Fruit Mimosa Cocktail (English version below)

Ingredientes

• 1 medida de jugo de maracuya
• 1 medida de vino espumoso o champagne
• 1 cucharadita de jarabe- dulce de granadina
• 1 fresa para decorar
• Hielo picado

Preparacion

1. Hacer el jugo de  maracuya en la licuadora con 50 gramos de fruta y 50 mililitros de agua y colarlo.
2. Colocar el hielo en la copa para enfriarla y luego deshacerse de de los hielos.
3. Coloque el jugo de maracuya y el vino espumoso en la copa.
4. Luego agregar lentamente el jarabe de granadina.
5. Decorar con la fresa.

Passion Fruit Mimosa Cocktail (English version)

Ingredients

• 1 measure of Passion Fruit juice
• 1 measure of Champagne
• 1 teaspoon of grenadine syrup
• 1 strawberry for decorate
• Crushed Ice

Preparation

1. Make the Passion Fruit juice in a blender mixing 50 grams of  fruit with 50 mililitres of water and strain it.
2. Put the ice in the glass for few minutes and after discard it.
3. Pour the juice and after  the Champagne in each glass.
4. Slowly add the grenadine syrup.
5. Decorate with the strawberry.
